This proposed 12-story, 45,000 square foot mixed-use development (commercial/residential) in the NoHo Historic District has already been hailed as a modern landmark. Its Broadway facade features an innovative terra-cotta screen facade that honors the rich masonry and cast-iron articulation of its context, yet is unabashedly modern. The design also takes advantage of NoHo’s unique private service streets, with its unexpected main residential entrance from Great Jones Alley, an evocative remnant of the neighborhood’s industrial past.
